Serena is the Director of Conscious Youth CIC, an award winning youth-led social enterprise based in Kirklees. Their work challenges inequalities by creating opportunities for young people to influence change and make a positive difference in their communities. Serena has been working in youth and community development for over 10 years and is an Alumni of The Operation Black Vote Parliamentary Leadership Programme.
