Community Engagement Worker

We are pleased to be recruiting a new member of staff as a much needed community engagement worker. This is a full-time, 3-year contract that is part of the new Ethnically and Culturally Diverse Communities (ECDC) programme. ACAP is working in partnership with Mind, Staying Put and others to deliver this new service.

The successful candidate will engage, support and develop the capacity of people from the Black African and Caribbean (predominantly, but not exclusively) communities.  The post holder will help to address issues around mental distress, and isolation and promote social inclusion. Although the post holder will be based at ACAP, please note you must apply directly through Mind in Bradford (MiB).
