Service Details

Feel the rhythm, build your confidence and become part of the crew! AC Dance Crew is a vibrant and energetic dance class for girls aged 12 and over, combining African, Caribbean and contemporary dance styles.

The group offers a positive, supportive space where girls can express themselves, stay active, develop new skills and form friendships. Whether you are an experienced dancer or trying dance for the first time, you will be welcomed and encouraged.

AC Dance Crew gives girls the freedom to explore movement, music and culture while developing their own creative style. Sessions include warm-ups, dance technique, choreography and opportunities to work together on exciting routines.

Dance also supports physical and emotional wellbeing. It provides a fun way to improve fitness, release stress and experience the pride that comes from learning, practising and performing as part of a team.
