Service Details

RISE Together supports neurodivergent adults from African and African Caribbean communities, including people with ADHD, autism and learning disabilities. Our friendly, culturally responsive sessions help participants develop practical skills, build confidence and become more independent.

Meeting twice weekly, the group offers workshops in budgeting, cooking, household management and self-advocacy, alongside social activities that encourage friendship, cultural connection and a sense of belonging.

At RISE Together, everyone is encouraged to progress at their own pace. Sessions are friendly, practical and shaped around the interests and goals of participants. You can learn new skills, meet people who understand your experiences and receive support to speak up for yourself.

Our culturally responsive approach recognises that identity, heritage and community matter. Whether you want to feel more confident managing everyday tasks, become more independent or simply make new friends, RISE Together offers a safe and welcoming place where you can be yourself.
