healing circle
An online self-help support group for African Caribbean adults in West Yorkshire
What is a Healing Circle?
The healing circle is a new online self-help group for adults to come together to discuss and heal from the pandemic and the impact that this has had on all our lives. We call it a ‘circle’ because if we were meeting face to face, we would probably be sat around a circle together.
Using a range of techniques and healing therapies, together we come up with strategies to not only cope, but thrive for the rest of 2021 and beyond.
The healing circle meets online via zoom, every week on Wednesday’s at 6.30pm-8.00pm. The first Healing Circle takes place on Wed July 14th, 2021, 06:30 PM and then every Wednesday after that 6.30pm-8.30pm.
