Volunteer Admin Worker
Your role is important, you are the lifeblood of the organisation and are often the first point of contact for people who contact the office. We need you.
Volunteer Blogger
Do you have a passion for writing? You would be a great addition to the volunteering team if you did as we are looking for someone who enjoys to put stories together, researching topics and coming up with the best angle to showcase our work in print.
Volunteer DIY / Handyperson
Do you have a couple of hours a week to spare to help us keep on top of general DIY and maintenance tasks? ACAP needs you to keep our community centre in tip top condition and help us to fix all those little jobs that always seem to come up.
Volunteer Fundraiser
In this role you will work closely with the Fundraising Team to ensure efficient and successful implementation of ACAP’s Fundraising Strategy. This role will require you to speak confidently and passionately to individuals and organisations from the wider community including schools, voluntary groups and local businesses.
Volunteer Gardener
Do you have a passion for gardening and working outdoors? If so, then this volunteering role is for you. You can volunteer at your own pace as you help improve the gardens at ACAP and take part in our horticulture projects.
Volunteer Graphic Designer
Do you have a passion for video and film making? In this role you will be working as part of a small team. Your time will be spent filming, taking photographs and editing. You need to be organised, creative and show initiative. You need to work with minimal direction and be comfortable taking the creative lead.
Volunteer Health Advocate
As a volunteer health advocate you will support clients on a wide range of complex issues. Use your professional and life experience and skills to empower our clients so they can make the best decisions regarding their health.
Volunteer Partnerships Coordinator
You will develop relationships with key organisations and individuals to deliver, maintain and develop their support. You will work to support the fundraising team to develop both major partnerships and sponsorships.
Volunteer Photographer
We are looking for someone with a passion for photography and a creative eye. If that is you, you could be invaluable in this role as we need help photographing our events and project history.
